Shipping and delivery time

•Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• International shipping:

From 4 to 10 working days depending on the country and destination.


Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (such as the Hajj season) or due to circumstances beyond our control.



Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

•The tracking number is sent to the customer immediately after the order is shipped.



Shipping companies

Shipping is done through approved shipping companies inside and outside the Kingdom to ensure fast and efficient delivery.



Free shipping

•Free shipping is available as part of special offers advertised in the store.

•If you take advantage of the free shipping offer and then request a return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.



Shipping-related return policy

•When requesting a product return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

•If shipping is free as part of an offer, the actual shipping cost will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.



Shipping data responsibility

•The customer is responsible for entering the shipping data correctly and completely.

•The store is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from the entry of incorrect data.



Non-receipt or rejection of the order

•If the shipment is not received or is rejected by the customer and returned to the store, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.



Contact the shipping company

•The customer is responsible for following up with the shipping company and responding to their messages or calls to determine the address or method of delivery.

•In the event of non-response from the customer, resulting in delays or return of the shipment, the store bears no responsibility and shipping and return fees will be applied.

Coverage areas

•Door delivery may not be available to some remote areas, or may take longer than usual.

Due to the nature of Nasik store products related to the Hajj season, we recommend ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
